February 25th, 2012 - The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation is preparing to host its 4th annual “Snowball Crawl”. This mobile “miniature golf” event will take place inside some of our favorite local establishments on February 25, 2012. We have an exciting and fun-filled day planned for all attendees.
