PHNCF SERVICES
The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation concentrates on two outstanding needs of the community:
Patient Transportation
PHNCF provides free door-to-door transportation to PHN patients seeking non-emergent medical care.
- Transportation is available to PHN patients for appointments between 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Tranportation is available within the Shenango Valley area, and in some cases either out of, or in to, the Shenango Valley.
Scholarships
PHNCF provides six school-designated, and four PHN employee family scholarships each year. Scholarships are avalable to students in the medical and allied health fields, studying throughout the PHN service area.
Scholarships are available through six schools in the PHN area:
- Butler County Community College
- Community College of Beaver County
- Indiana University of Pennsylvania
- Jameson Memorial School of Nursing
- Laurel Technical Institute
- Penn State Shenango
