A shortage of healthcare providers and lack of transportation options are among the top reasons people cannot obtain the healthcare they desperately need and deserve. In addition, many people cannot afford the high cost of insurance or pay for the doctor. Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation is committed to eliminating these barriers.
The contributions from the Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation during the last four years have made a lasting difference in the lives of patients and students..."
John D. Laeng, CEO Primary Health Network
The Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation's four program areas address all of these issues and enhance the wellness and quality of life for our neighbors and communities. We build and maintain community health centers where they are most needed; we support the future of healthcare through our Academic Awards to students pursuing medical and allied health careers; we ensure that patients can get they care they need through our "Provide the Ride" program; and through "Caring for Our Neighbors" we ensure that patients who cannot pay for services are able to receive them.
